Melna has been in the ScotPress family of companies since 2000. She got her start with a sister company to ScotPress, Maclyn Group, where she served as Senior Creative Director and managed the Mobile Promotions for Dunkin' Donuts in the Chicagoland area.

Her previous print experiences include offset sheetfed and web printing as well as flexographic printing. She has worked nearly every department from electronic pre-press to bindery to running a small two color press.
